PRICE
Product prices are stated in Canadian dollars. The applicable exchange rate is that of the transaction date. Taxes and shipping charges are not included in the price. Federal and provincial taxes will be included in your invoice. Customers from other Canadian provinces will pay only the federal tax (GST).
Marieolive.ca reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The products will be invoiced according to the prices in effect at the time the order is made, subject to product availability. Products remain the property of marieolive.ca until payment is completed.
In the event of an order to a country other than Canada, you are the importer of the products concerned. The price is calculated exclusive of tax. Any customs duties, local tax or other levy is your sole responsibility.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All items are shipped via Canada Post unless you request a different delivery method: in both cases, you are responsible for all shipping costs.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 week of receipt of payment. Marieolive.ca reserves the right to prolong this delay and if so, will advise you of the expected date of delivery. Once your order is processed, a confirmation message will be sent to the buyer via email.
The products are delivered to the delivery address which you indicate during the ordering process.
AVAILABILITY
Our products are offered within the limits of available stock. For products which are out of stock, our offers are subject to their availability from our suppliers. We will advise you of their availability at the time your order is placed. This information is gained through our suppliers. Any errors or modifications are independent of our will. If the product is unavailable after your order is passed, you will be informed by mail or e-mail as soon as possible.

If a product is unavailable at the time of order, you can direct us to:

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return the products, in their original condition and shipping box, within 7 days of receiving the product. The buyer remains liable for the carriage expenses of sending and returning the item. For an item returned, we reserve the right to either exchange it for another similar item or credit you the amount of the purchase price on your next order.
If products are defective or do not correspond to your order, we will refund or exchange the products within 30 days.
